Coated Crispy Roasted Wings
These delicious crispy turkey wings are coated in a homemade dry rub. They are fantastic served with rice, roasted potatoes or your favourite salad.

- 1 package of Larkin Farms Turkey Wings
- 3/4 tsp Cumin
- 1 1/2 tsp Cayenne (Optional)
- 3/4 tbsp Paprika
- 3/4 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 3/4 tbsp Onion Powder
- 3/4 tbsp Oregano
- 3/4 tbsp Thyme
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 4 tbsp Oil
Preheat oven to 400°F
Pat the wings dry with paper towel.
In a small bowl, mix the seasonings and spices well.
Add the oil and rub the mixture well on the wings.
Lay the wings on a parchment lined baking sheet. Make sure they aren’t touching.
Bake for 1 hour to 1 hour and a half or until desired crispiness.
