Maple Cranberry Turkey Burgers with Swiss and Sweet Potatoes Fries

These pre-made turkey burgers are already seasoned with the delicious flavors of cranberry and maple syrup, making them a quick and easy meal option. Simply pan-fry them in a little oil until they’re golden brown, and serve them on a toasted bun with a dollop of tangy cranberry sauce. Paired with crispy sweet potato fries, this meal is sure to satisfy your cravings and leave you feeling satisfied.

Ingredients

  • 4 pre-made cranberry and maple syrup seasoned turkey burgers
  • 4 brioche buns
  • 4 slices of Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • 4 cups sweet potato fries
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).


Step 2

Place the sweet potato fries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.


Step 3

While the fries are baking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and add the pre-made turkey burgers to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of Swiss cheese on top of each burger and allow it to melt.


Step 4

While the burgers are cooking, toast the brioche buns on a grill or in the oven.


Step 5

Assemble the burgers by placing a patty on each bun, and topping with a spoonful of cranberry sauce. Serve with sweet potato fries on the side.
