1 Year Old Cheddar – Smooth and firm texture, Long, complex, rich, and full-bodied flavours. A mild, young cheddar with hints of cream, butter, and a slight sweetness.
2 Year Old Cheddar – Smooth and firm texture. Long, rich, and full-bodied flavours. A complex mix of dried fruit, melted butter, salt, and a nice, sharp finish.
3 Year Old Cheddar – Smooth and firm texture. Long, complex, rich, and full-bodied flavours. Cooked butter undertones and a distinctive, sharp finish.
