Chicken Supremes are premium, bone-in skin-on chicken breasts with the first wing joint (drumette) still attached. This cut combines the lean, tender breast with the rich flavor of the bone and crispy skin, making it ideal for both home cooks and chefs.

Simple Cooking Instructions

Pan-Fry (Stovetop)
Pat chicken dry, season with salt and pepper.
Heat 1–2 tbsp oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Place skin-side down, sear 5–6 minutes until golden and crispy.
Flip and reduce heat to medium. Cook 8–10 minutes, or until internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).
Rest 5 minutes before serving.

Grill (BBQ)
Preheat grill to medium-high heat (400°F / 200°C).
Brush chicken with oil and season.
Place skin-side down, grill 6–7 minutes.
Flip and continue grilling 12–15 minutes, turning occasionally.
Cook until juices run clear and internal temp is 165°F (74°C).

Oven-Roasted
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Pat chicken dry, season, and place skin-side up on a baking sheet.
Roast 25–30 minutes, or until skin is crisp and thermometer reads 165°F (74°C).
Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
