Simple Cooking Instructions

Grill
Temp: Medium-high heat Time: 4–5 min per side
Preheat grill and lightly oil grates.
Cook patties until internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).
Rest 5 min before serving.

Pan-Fry
Time: 8–10 min
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a skillet over medium-high.
Cook patties 4–5 min per side until browned and cooked through.
Optional: Add cheese and cover to melt.

Oven
Temp: 375°F (190°C) Time: 20–25 min
Place patties on a lined baking sheet.
Bake until internal temp reaches 165°F.
Broil 2–3 min for crispy edges if desired.
