Larkin Farms’ Turkey Bones are kept frozen and sourced from turkeys raised without antibiotics or hormones. These meaty, collagen-rich bones are ideal for making stock, broth, soups, and sauces. Whether you’re simmering for hours or crafting quick comfort food, turkey bones offer a flavorful foundation that’s both economical and wholesome

Simple Cooking Instructions

Bone Broth / Stock
Time: 6–24 hrs
Optional: Roast bones at 400°F (204°C) for 30 min for deeper flavor
Add bones to a large pot with onion, carrots, celery, garlic, herbs, and water
Simmer gently for 6–24 hrs (add vinegar to help extract minerals)
Strain and season to taste
Cool and store in fridge or freezer

Roasted Bones for Gravy
Temp: 425°F (218°C) Time: 45–60 min
Toss bones with oil, salt, and pepper
Roast until golden and aromatic
Simmer with aromatics and liquid to create a rich gravy base
