Oven-Baked
Temp: 375°F (190°C) Time: 25–30 min
Preheat oven and lightly oil a baking dish.
Season thighs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Bake until internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).
Rest 5–10 min before slicing.

Pan-Seared
Time: 12–15 min
Heat oil in skillet over medium-high.
Sear thighs 6–7 min per side until golden and cooked through.
Optional: Add butter and herbs in final minute for extra flavor.

Grill
Temp: Medium-high Time: 12–15 min
Preheat grill and oil grates.
Marinate or season thighs.
Grill 6–8 min per side until juices run clear and temp hits 165°F.
