Simple Cooking Instructions

Skillet
Time: 8–10 min
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a skillet over medium-high.
Add ground chicken and break it up with a spatula.
Cook until no longer pink and juices run clear (internal temp: 165°F).
Season as desired and serve.

Grill (for patties)
Time: 10–12 min
Form seasoned ground chicken into patties.
Grill over medium-high heat, 5–6 min per side.
Check for 165°F internal temp before serving.

Oven (for meatballs or casseroles)
Temp: 375°F (190°C) Time: 20–25 min
Shape into meatballs or spread in a baking dish.
Bake until golden and cooked through.
