Description

Our Chicken Necks are bone-in cuts with a surprising amount of meat and connective tissue, ideal for creating deeply flavorful broths, soups, and stews. Frozen for freshness and free from antibiotics or hormones, these necks are a budget-friendly way to add richness and nutrition to your cooking.

Simple Cooking Instructions

Bone Broth
Time: 6–24 hrs
Roast necks at 400°F (204°C) for 30 min (optional).
Add to pot with onion, carrots, celery, garlic, herbs, and water.
Simmer gently for 6–24 hrs.
Strain and season to taste.

Roasted Crispy Necks
Temp: 425°F (218°C) Time: 35–45 min
Toss necks with oil, salt, pepper, and spices.
Spread on a baking sheet.
Roast until golden and crispy.
Serve with dipping sauce or add to soups.

Braised
Time: 1.5–2 hrs
Sear necks in a pot with oil.
Add aromatics and broth or wine.
Cover and simmer until tender.
Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
